Meteor Crater Arizona
Melanie and I spent a couple of weeks in Northern Arizona visiting our daughter. I took time to check out some of the natural attractions in the area. Today's visit took me to Arizona's Meteor Crater. It did not disappoint!

There is power in living a more intentional life. Finding joy in life's simple moments creates memorable moments. There are few things more precious than grandchildren. Took a walk with one of my grandsons. It's renewing to see life through the eyes of a child. Thanks, Harrison!

Mt. Timpanogos (Timp) is a stunning 11,752' mountain in Utah. A beautiful gem along the Wasatch Mountain Range. It was a wonderful experience. It was the first time in 40 years that I'd made the climb...

    I love the tent what I did was buy a small cot that is only 6 inches off the ground. It was plenty big enough to get a good night sleep and I could have my chair set up and the cot at the same time. For cold weather camping I still prefer the camper but summer camping this tent is awsome. I don't have to go threw the hassle of unhooking the camper to unload the atv and drive up a trail to see if I want to camp there. Can't wait for it to warm up so I can use it again. Have a great day an thanks for the video.

    Hi Greg! What a beautiful place! I just discovered your channel while looking for videos about the Napier tent. Just like you, I’m fascinated by the nomad life, but can’t afford (even more so now with these high prices) an RV or decent camper. And just like you, we love our F-150. It has taken us to many places in this great country, including Utah. Two years ago, we spend almost two weeks visiting the Mighty Five and we just loved it! I noticed you haven’t posted new videos recently. I really hope you continue taking us in your camping trips and adventures. Hope all is well with you and your beautiful family. Best regards.

    How do you remove a pole section while keeping bungee connected?

    • @rencougzip
      @rencougzip 2 роки тому

      Hi Blackscout, I had to pinch the bungee above the pole I was removing, untie the knot, remove the section and retie the knot. However, a buddy of mine bought the exact tent a year later, but didn't have to remove any of the poles. Seems like the company fixed the issue. Hope that helped :)

    I watched another video where 2 guys used and reviewed your tent and they said they had better luck making the poles fit by leaving the straps real loose until they got everything done then tightened them up. The one guy said he almost snapped a pole also but setting up with the straps loose helped solve it.

    I went on a 1000 mile road trip last weekend through NM. I set up my hammock tent but I noticed that as I went further west there was less and less trees. I ended up sleeping on a twin sized air mattress in the bed of my truck and I froze and was some what damp thanks the the moisture in the air. Decided to get a sleeping back and this tent. I’m glad you told me about removing the one pole as that was the on;y part I wasn’t able to set up. Look forward to trying it out this weekend. Loving your videos and look forward to seeing more!

      Jake, that's awesome! I've loved my truck tent. I'm excited to camp as the colors turn this Fall. Thanks for watching and leaving your kind comment. Happy camping! :)
